1- To activate the registration process, the hotel must print two copies of this document, have it signed and stamped by the authorized owner/manager, hand them over to Taxidia Company for signature and stamp, and return a copy to the hotel.
2- The hotel is committed to the prices shown in this form, and is also committed to updating them via Taxidia’s email or the work group via the WhatsApp application as soon as they are changed, and bears the resulting responsibility in the event of its negligence (as reservation prices will be approved according to the prices recorded at the moment of booking). The hotel is committed to accommodating the customer according to these prices.
3- All prices shown in this form must be final and include all applicable fees and taxes.
4- Taxidia Company is committed to sending confirmed reservations made through its system and network, which includes its authorized agents and distributors, immediately, and the hotel must send an immediate notification of the reservation confirmation number (Hotel Conformation Number).
5- Taxidia Company is committed to transferring the value of approved reservations a maximum of 48 hours before the date of arrival, according to the payment methods and information shown in this form, and the currency of payment will be in US dollars (or in local currency if the hotel approves and according to the approved exchange rates).
6- In the event that the reservation of all available rooms and suites is nearly complete (80% of the total capacity), the hotel is obligated to send an e-mail or the work group via the WhatsApp application to inform Taxidia Company (in the event that it does not, the hotel is obligated to accommodate the guest in a similar or higher room/suite. ).
7- The hotel is committed to providing and offering all the free privileges specified in this form to guests arriving through Taxidia Company, and is also committed to providing the best accommodation experience for them and their guests to ensure obtaining a high and positive evaluation (as the negative and low evaluation affects the impression and level of response of future customers) and in the event of a breach With this clause, the customer and Taxidia have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund.
8- The hotel does not have the right to cancel confirmed and unpaid reservations until two days before the Check-In date, with the exception of confirmed last-minute reservations, which Taxidia is obligated to pay within 24 hours from the date of confirmation.
9- If the customer misses the Check-In appointment by 48 hours, the hotel has the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation period without committing to refund the reservation value. This excludes force majeure circumstances for the customer (such as flight delays or accidents, God forbid). It also excludes cases that The hotel shall be notified in advance by Taxidia Company of a postponement of the Check-In date.
10- In the event that any changes or exceptions are requested by the guest, Taxidia sends a note to the hotel before the Check-In date (such as a request for early entry or changing the room type). In this case, the hotel has the right to approve or reject according to the availability of the possibility.
11- In the event that the guest causes damage or damage, he becomes fully responsible for any compensation or correction due to the hotel, and Taxidia does not bear any financial or moral responsibility for that.
12- The hotel has the right to cancel reservations that are not paid within 48 hours from the date of the Check-In, and the hotel will not be liable for any financial or moral compensation in the event of cancellation.
13- Taxidia is committed to preserving the hotel’s information and data and is committed not to share it or make it available to any third party except its authorized agents and distributors and after they sign an official memorandum not to disclose this information and data.
14- After verifying that there are no confirmed or paid reservations, either party can terminate this cooperation after notifying the other party at least one week in advance. In this case, the hotel’s account will be canceled and removed from the official website of Taxidia, and there will be no consequences to the process. Termination of any responsibility or financial and moral obligations on both parties.
